Other Events.

On January 29, 2021, Gores Holdings VI, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, announcing that the holders of the Company’s units (the “Units”) may elect to separately trade the Class A common stock and warrants included in the Units commencing on February 1, 2021. Those Units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “GHVIU,” and each of the Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “GHVI” and “GHVIW,” respectively.

Gores Holdings VI, Inc. Announces the Separate Trading of its Class A Common Stock and Warrants Commencing February 1, 2021

BOULDER, CO, January 29, 2021 – Gores Holdings VI, Inc. (Nasdaq: GHVI) (the “Company”) announced that, commencing February 1, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering of 34,500,000 units completed on December 15, 2020 may elect to separately trade the shares of Class A common stock and warrants included in the units. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “GHVIU,” and the Class A common stock and warrants that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols “GHVI” and “GHVIW,” respectively.
